Shipping Policy

Seraphs currently offers free U.S. shipping on orders placed through seraphs.co.

Orders are typically processed before shipment. Please allow 5–15 business days for order processing and delivery, depending on order volume, destination, carrier speed, and product availability.

Once your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Seraphs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at seraphsco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted.
